Privacy — short version

We collect what you give us in the test (your answers, the photo or video you upload, your email or phone). We store it on a server we run. We don't sell it. We don't share it with employers unless you ask us to.

Your submission is private by default. If you ticked the "feature my submission anonymously" box, we may show parts of it (without your name or contact details) in public showcases so other people can see what good work looks like. You can change that opt-in at any time from the done page or by emailing us.

If you want your data deleted, email [email protected] from the address you used and we'll wipe it within 30 days. This page will get longer when we have lawyers and a proper policy — for now this is the plain-language version.
